The Awareness team is there to foster a safe space to facilitate social safety, support, and enhance your party experience. Our objective is to make sure that you are adequately cared for. In all cases, our team should be called upon as your first level support and aftercare should you feel discomfort in any form internally or when engaging with other party goers.
Everything you tell us is kept confidential and respected: we are there to listen and only get involved as much as you are comfortable, with consent being the base of all services.
You can always approach any staff member to ask for the awareness team or just come directly to the Awareness Room located upstairs on the Universal floor to the right behind the bar.
